1. Ensure the dimensional accuracy of the iron core, otherwise it will affect the threading of the shaft.
2. The dimensional accuracy of the bearing block must meet the requirements of the drawing, otherwise it will affect assembly. If the diameter of the bearing block is too small, it will loosen the bearing. If the diameter is too large, it will cause difficulty in assembly, damage to parts, or high temperature rise.
3. Poor coaxiality between the bearing gear and the shaft extension gear will result in vibration and noise
4. The symmetry of the keyway should not exceed the tolerance. Otherwise, it will cause assembly difficulties
5. The distance between the two bearing gears (i.e. shoulder distance) should be accurate, otherwise it may cause axial displacement of the rotor iron core or bearing jamming.
